Unsafe Products

Ordered something and found out it was made of TPE, which is a porous material and cannot be properly cleaned. Returned it and was forced to pay $20 to ship it back. Now I have to wait for a check in the mail for a whopping $15 refund. I feel like I've been scammed.

Scammers be aware

Scammers be aware. My credit card has been charged almost 250 euro from them and I never heard of them before. They obviously scammers stealing peoples' credit cards numbers. Btw I did bit of research and what happed to me happens regularly.

Got an email confirming my order? Never arrived

Got an email confirming my order, but when I went to check my account's orders, nothing showed up. Using the tracking number did nothing. Rude and unhelpful customer service that did nothing to try to actually assist me. If I could give a 0 I would. Go anywhere else. Better off buying sex stuff from Spencers in the mall; at least you'll actually get the product.

i got my product and it work great

i use the Honey apps extension on google chrome and i got so many discount codes from it and i manage to save like 30% off with free shipping with it. pretty nice

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. 2 minutes after an accidental order and they claim they can't cancel the order. Not only that, after informing them that the order was placed by an underaged child, they said it wasn't their issue. They will literally ship sex toys to children. Disgusting Company avoid at all cost

My package got lost in the mail and it took me a little bit but adam and eve shipped a replacement one free of charge. Very generous and good customer service even though it may take a while.

Don’t pay xtra for faster shipping

Ordered a present for a birthday gift. Delivery time frame was close to the bday date. Paid xtra to get shipped ahead of others. Didn’t arrive & when I called, the expected arrival date was much later than original frame! Don’t pay xtra for shipping faster!

They are pathetic

They are pathetic. They lie on their website stating an order can not be canceled once it is shipped but what they don’t tell you is “once it is picked and goes to the warehouse” it can not be canceled. So, if you want to return the item later once you receive it you will not get a full refund because of the shipping costs even though your order actually hadn’t been shipped when you contacted them. Then customer service once calling them again hangs up on you when you call the company out on their own policy and refuse to let them talk over you.

I was charged over 25$ for 4 flipping…

I was charged over 25$ for 4 flipping AAA batteries. The OG deal was the batteries were cheaper when purchased with the vibrator. But the vibrator was on backorder and instead of cancelling the whole order they charged me out of the ass for 4 AAA batteries.

Do they often send out none discreet boxes? I'm having it sent to my college campus and I do NOT want to walk around with a box that has dildos on it...

The boxes are discreet however make sure when you create an account that you opt out of their mail (as in physical mail not email) catalog. That is magazines and coupons that are send to your address that are NOT discreet and can have pictures and other 'adult' things on them!
